- update SAMO-incoming and online booking module (if included in the accompaniment) during the whole period of escort, but not more often than once a quarter;
- correction of errors during the whole period of support;
- maintenance of the database.(Deleting irrelevant data, once a year)

Support variant "L"
Designed for companies that actively use SAMO-incoming or SAMO-incoming + online booking module
Includes:
- receiving consultations by support system with responsible employee of the company;
- monthly updates of SAMO-incoming for no more than 10 hours per month;
- monthly updates and settings of the online booking module at the rate of no more than 5 hours per month;
- Update SAMO-incoming and online booking module during the whole period of escort, but not more often than once a month;
- correction of errors during the whole period of support;
- consultations in planning the technological process of the company;
- Diagnostics of performance degradation of SAMO-incoming + online-reservation servers;
- maintenance of the database (removal of irrelevant data, once a year.);
