The first digit (large font) determines the value in rubles, paid once.
The second figure (small print), if specified, determines the mandatory monthly maintenance in rubles.

Mandatory monthly maintenance of some modules is due to the need for systematic updates and updates to the user's software in connection with the development of services from suppliers (web services SK, WEB-services TO, etc.).
