Includes:

  • Receiving Online-consultations through the Customer's personal office;
  • creating a knowledge base for technical support;
  • updating the PC "SAMO-tour" and the system "Online-reservation" during the whole period of escort, but not more often than once in 3 months ;
  • correction of errors during the whole period of support;
  • access to the function "Background calculation of price lists according to the schedule" ;
  • access to the function "Background removal from the catalog of prices on a schedule" ;
  • access to the function "Dynamic pricing (price list price audit)" ;
  • access to the module "XML-Gateway of the tour Operator" ;
  • access to the function "Online booking for individuals (B2C)" with a private office for tourists;
  • access to the function "sending SMS messages to tourists or agencies";
  • maintenance of the database (removal of irrelevant data, once a year.);

Maintenance fee "PARTNER" (Ex. "L")

Designed for companies that actively use the PC "SAMO-tour" or PC "SAMO-tour" + "Online-reservation" system.

Includes:

  • Receiving Online-consultations through the Customer's personal office;
  • completion of the PC "SAMO-tour" and the system "Online-reservation" at the rate of 15 hours per month.Unused watches are not saved;
  • updating the PC "SAMO-tour" and the system "Online-reservation" during the whole period of escort, but not more often than once a month;
  • correction of errors during the whole period of support;
  • consultations in planning the technological and business processes of the company;
  • access to the function "Background calculation of price lists according to the schedule" ;
